I. ORDER FORM AND DELIVERY
1. Contact to receive Catalog
Quick Quick will send a free Catalog to the Customer upon receiving the request. Please register to receive Catalog information HERE.
We will send the Catalog to your company's office and factory immediately. You can contact Quick Quick at the address below:

2. Register company information
Register customer information HERE, or you can download this form "CUSTOMER INFORMATION SHEET" to register and send it to our email.
After receiving Customer registration information, we will save the information on the system to facilitate delivery and invoice issuance.
If there are any changes to company information, please send it back so we can update it.
3. Instructions for ordering
Use Catalog/ E-Catalog to select the product you want to order
Step 1
You can use the ORDER SHEET form when placing an order.
Step 2
For your order, please provide us with Company information, the Order code of the product you want to order, quantity, and product notes (if any). Send to email: kinhdoanh@nhanhnhanhco.com.
Step 3
We will rely on the order (ORDER SHEET) to process and confirm product information.
Step 4
After having all the information, Quick Quick will send you the "CONFIRM SHEET" file showing all the products ordered (including information, quantity, and total price).
Step 5
Please confirm our "CONFIRM SHEET" via email to notify us that you agree to deliver the goods or make any changes, adjustments, or additions related to the order.
Step 6
After receiving a confirmation email from you agreeing to order and deliver, we will proceed with delivery according to the confirmed schedule.
*Note:
Actual selling price and catalog selling price are different for some products. In the Vietnamese market, prices are unstable and can increase at any time, making it difficult to maintain selling prices over the years. Therefore, we issue a PRICE LIST with periodic quotations every 6 months. When there are adjustments or changes, we will send a notice to you. Please contact our company to receive the latest price quote. Quick Quick understands that the actual selling price is different from the selling price on the catalog, which will cause a lot of trouble for customers. We apologize for that, and we hope to receive your understanding. In addition, the latest price of the product is also clearly shown through the CONFIRM SHEET when we send confirmation.

To avoid product errors during the ordering process, please do not order by phone.
4. Delivery regulations
Regular (products in stock): Order before noon today, delivery the next day; Order after noon today, delivery the day after tomorrow.
For special products, large quantity orders, or due to fluctuations in the production and supply of goods, Quick Quick will re-negotiate the delivery term.
Each delivery area will have its periodic delivery schedule, please contact us for detailed delivery schedule information.
Quick Quick delivery is completely free when your order is delivered by our delivery schedule and delivery area.
Quick Quick will not bear shipping fees for cases where you request urgent delivery, delivery not according to a regular delivery schedule, delivery to an area where Nhanh Nhanh cannot deliver, or delivery by a secondary service.
II. RETURN POLICY
1. Return regulations
Subjects of application: Applicable to products that the company provides.
Application period: Normally, delivered products will be returned within 03 days after delivery if not damaged, and in the following unusual cases:
Abnormal cases: the product cannot be exchanged or returned once a VAT invoice has been issued, the product is used, the packaging is torn, scratched, scratched, dirty due to the customer's fault, the product is placed on a separate order specifically upon request, products are specified or agreed upon without cancellation, exchange or return.
2. Order cancellation regulations
Normally: when the delivery deadline is not yet reached, you can cancel the order. When you want to cancel an order, please contact the Operator Department.
Abnormal: when the product is a separate order (product ordered specifically for the Customer, product ordered in bulk, product not kept in stock, product printed, engraved, stamped, etc.) no order can be canceled. Need to contact the Operator Department for an agreement.
3. Warranty
For products with a Manufacturer's warranty policy, Quick Quick will apply the Manufacturer's warranty policy.
